Jeffrey Penner

Systems Administrator

Jeffrey left his job as a programmer analyst for a Fortune 500 company after 10 years of experience to work for a nonprofit organization, where he was able to use his skills and experience to support them in their work to fight against some of the greatest injustices on earthhuman trafficking and orphaned children.

After traveling the world and experiencing diverse cultures, he decided that he wanted to help more businesses and nonprofits be successful, so he joined Hydration Media where he uses his knowledge, experiences, and customer service skills to provide technology solutions, data management, and CRM management and automation to help organizations and their staff’s workload be more effective and efficient.

Jeffrey has 10 years of experience with data integration and more than 16 years of experience in software development. He is a business analyst who specializes in data analysis and data integration.

He graduated with highest honors from Southwest Baptist University, Bolivar, Missouri, with dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics.

fun facts

He loves: Riding his Harley and photographing nature.

He swears by: Coffee, coffee, coffee...and his signature recipe for “Wicked Good Chili Soup.”

His family: In addition to his three kids and rescue dog, Avi, his family includes the two orphaned children he sponsors in Nepal through LJI and the people who are part of amazing causes he works and volunteers with that bring positive change to the world.

What he believes: Technology solutions without superb customer service is of very little value.
